Sea you soon! | Sea Card

Hello there! Happy Thursday!😊 Today I’m sharing with you my “Sea you soon!” sea card! 😊

For today’s card I’m playing along over on Addicted to CAS where this week’s word challenge is Sea.

The goal for this challenge is to also keep things Clean and Simple.

  • One main focus point
  • Lots of open (no pattern) space
  • Minimal layers
  • Minimal embellishments

When thinking of the word sea the first thing that comes to mind is beautiful fishes in the nice blue cool water! 😊🐡🐠🐟🐬🌊

Sea you soon!

To create today’s card I used a blue card stock paper as my base. I then printed out the words “Sea you soon!” on a white card stock paper. Using a clear heart stamp and a turquoise ink pad I stamped the heart in the center. I then used colored pencils to color in the heart and a blue marker to color in the little heart in the center. To complete my card I placed these adorable little fishes on top of the heart using dimensional adhesives. Aren’t these fishes so adorable? Their little happy faces are so cute! ☺️

Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoyed today’s card and if you would like to join in on the fun head on over to Addicted to CAS using the link above. 😊

Until next time 😊, Raquel
